ARC Documents
There are two Architectural Review Committees (ARC) at Bay Creek. If you are submitting a request for Muirfield, Bayside Village, or The Fairways, you’ll send your documentation to the Bay Creek ARC. ARC@BayCreekLife.com
Submittals for all other Villages (The Colony, Kings Bay, Marina Village East, Fig Street, Signature, Hollies, New Quarter, Plantation Pointe, Heron Pointe) should be sent to the Bay Creek at Cape Charles Community Association ARC. ARC@BayCreekLife.com
