Architectural Review Committee
ARC Documents
There are two Architectural Review Committees (ARC) at Bay Creek. If you are submitting a request for Muirfield, Bayside Village Phase 2, Villas at Magnolia Park, or Fairways Neighborhood, you’ll send your documentation to the Bay Creek Development ARC (BCD ARC): ARC@BayCreekLife.com. Only a builder classified as a Builder Guild member will be approved to construct residences in Bayside Village Phase 2 (Lots B-301 through B-358) and Muirfield.
Submittals for all other Villages (Bayside Village Phase 1, The Colony, Kings Bay, Marina Village East, Fig Street, Signature, Hollies, New Quarter, Plantation Pointe, Heron Pointe) should be sent to the Bay Creek at Cape Charles Community Association ARC (BCCA ARC): baycreek-arc@unitedpropertyassociates.com
