Starting Friday, September 1st we are giving Bay Creek Insiders a priority selection opportunity to acquire a Reservation Certificate for the launch of the Phase II properties. A Reservation Certificate is not a commitment to purchase; it simply puts you in a priority position to buy a Bayside Village homesite, if you desire, in our Fall property release, anticipated to be scheduled in October, 2023,

Special purchase incentives will be made available to those who purchase in the Phase II Grand Opening release, making the decision to acquire one of these new properties all the more compelling.
