Sabrina Brady

A Cape Charles native, Sabrina has a near lifetime of experience at Bay Creek— previously holding the role of Bay Creek’s Director of Rental Management, and prior to that, serving as Bay Creek Membership Director for five years. Sabrina’s experience at Bay Creek dates as far back as the club’s earliest days as she held a summer job while home from college. After graduating from James Madison University, she moved away to begin a career in the luxury travel and hotel industry— working as a sales manager for such world-class hospitality companies as The Ritz-Carlton & Omni Hotels & Resorts for a decade before returning home to Cape Charles.

In her various roles at Bay Creek, she has helped people discover what makes this community so unique: from assisting with accommodations and concierge services for activities, amenities, and outdoor adventure to offering sage local advice for exploring Cape Charles and nearby attractions, and much more.

Now, as a Sales Executive, she will offer her deep knowledge of the community and passion for the lifestyle to help others find ‘home’ at Bay Creek.

Linda Buskey

Linda, a real estate professional 40+ years, has lived and worked at Bay Creek for more than two decades.  It is both her passion and her home. Linda enjoys being active with the town of Cape Charles and the greater community, having served as President of Northampton County Chamber of Commerce, and currently serving on the Board. Linda volunteers with the Northampton Education Foundation and Cape Charles Main Street. She has served as Vice President and President of the Eastern Shore Association of Realtors®, and is currently Chair of the Public Policy Committee for Virginia Realtors®.

Shanna Colls

Shanna Colls has been on the Bay Creek team for 17+ years and has been in real estate sales with Bay Creek for the past seven. A native of Rochester, New York, were she earned her Economics degree, Shanna began at Bay Creek in the property management division ensuring excellence in the community’s vacation home experience. During that time, she obtained a hospitality management certificate from Cornell University. Now, as a sales team member, Shanna enjoys helping clients find their dream homes by the Bay. She enjoys introducing families to Bay Creek’s many natural amenities and the active Eastern Shore lifestyle. A water lover, Shanna, along with her husband, Matt, enjoy all types of water sports from boating to paddle boarding.

Bean Stringfellow

Bean Stringfellow has been helping people find their ‘perfect fit’ dream home at Bay Creek for several years. Before joining Bay Creek, Bean enjoyed a 20+ year career representing the best baseball players in the world, recruiting and representing players, negotiating players’ contracts, and making sure they were a good fit. Now, he enjoys introducing families to this spectacular Eastern Shore haven. Bean loves working with people, listening, and helping find the perfect fit for his clients at Bay Creek. Bean and his wife, Robyn, who leads kayak tours at Bay Creek, have fully embraced the active, friendly lifestyle here. Bean enjoys sharing that—and the one-of-a-kind hometown of Cape Charles—with others.

Natalie Smith

As full-time Bay Creek residents since 2022 and property owners since 2011, Natalie and her family are true Bay Creekers. A longtime resident of Frederick, Maryland, before moving to Bay Creek, Natalie has a variety of experiences and credits to her name: working in Retail and Commercial banking, real estate agent, stay at home mom, and serving on the boards of several national non-profit organizations. Now, she brings her deep knowledge and passion for working with people to her new role as Bay Creek’s Resale Listing Manager.

As a longtime Bay Creek owner, Natalie fully understands the community’s allure and inner workings. She is excited to offer her expertise to residents and owners in listing their Bay Creek properties. Natalie and her family enjoy water sports, golfing, biking, and the many pleasures the Bay Creek and Eastern Shore lifestyle offers.

Scott Scovil

Scott Scovil enjoys meeting new people and helping them find the lifestyle of their dreams. He has worked in multiple facets of real estate for nearly 25 years. An Asheville, NC native, Scott played college golf and played professionally for several years post-college. He began working in real estate and was involved in helping clients find a ‘home’ in major communities on the East Coast.  Today, he is pleased to continue following his passion for helping others right here at Bay Creek.

Scott loves to boat, fish, and, of course, golf. He looks forward to sharing this special waterfront community with others and hitting the fairways with new friends who want to learn more about calling Bay Creek home.
