Our family has been vacationing at Cape Charles for 10 years now. Bay Creek is our new favorite spot due to pool and private beach access. The home was made comfortable and welcoming.
One tiny con, there was not enough coffee mugs for everyone to use at the same time and they are very small.

Enjoyed our short stay at Bay Creek to check out the offerings. Lovely grounds and golf courses. Able to bike the grounds and to Cape Charles. Enjoyed a meal at the clubhouse. Beautiful views from the Bay and caught sight of a few dolphins on a boat ride. Rode on the nature trail near dusk. Overall a great stay. Kids raved about their stay and Cape Charles.Enjoyed using the golf cart for longer distances.

Amazing! First time to the area and this was a great place to stay!

We wanted to introduce our in laws to Cape Charles and to BayCreek. It did not dissapoint.

We stayed in a condominium. It was the perfect size and location. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our stay. When we arrived, we had a minor detail: our code did not work. However, it was immediately fixed, and we were able to move on with our day! We can not say enough about the property. The town of Cape Charles was friendly and very accommodating. We ate at all the open restaurants while we were there. AJ had the best oysters and steak. We went to the pier. We were not able to fish because it was very windy, but the day was beautiful. The only thing that was a huge eye soar was all the construction that was going on, but I'm sure when they are done the area is going to be great! Thank you, Bay Creek, for a wonderful 3 days. We hope to be back soon!

Very well done! Well communicated; everything met or was beyond our expectations. It was so well coordinated that we were able to maximize our experience in terms of learning more, while at the same time really enjoy/experience the wonderful Bay Creek/Cape Charles surroundings.

It was a fabulous exposure of what life is like for a family in Bay Creek. We felt well taken care of and pampered. Enjoyed the use of the gold cart, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, gift card to the restaurant, and lovely as well as tasty gift basket upon arrival. It was all very inviting and pleasurable for us. We enjoyed the boat ride immensely as well as interacting with residents of Bay Creek. The unit was clean and well appointed but the toilet seats look tired and old. Saw some splatters on the back of the stove and top of the Keurig as clock needed the battery replaced. There were coffee pods but not coffee for the coffee pot option plus no sugar packets. One of the bikes looks to have a flat tire. The basketball game in the basement was fun.There was only one Kleenex box in a holder and the othertissue holder was empty and stored under a sink. The rotten egg smell coming from the shower and sinks was extremely off putting. Is there a way to clean up the calcification on the shower in the master bathroom and also on other faucets. The pillow cases on the master bedroom bed didn't smell fresh and sheets were not really soft but felt older and not that soft. Would have liked to have liquid soap in the restrooms. Enjoyed the games and cards which we put back inside the cabinet. Appreciated that there was plenty of toilet paper and towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bar soap, as well as items for handwashing dishes and laundry. Everything needed was provided for our stay which was very comforting and made us feel at home.

It was disappointing to me. The condo I stayed in the water in the master bath smelled like sewage. The Coach House restaurant the only restaurant on site was run down and had a limited menu and served food in to go containers. The lack of infrastructure on the bay such as hospitals, groceries, restaurants and entertainment require that you drive across the bay bridge to Norfolk for these things. Not something I would want to do especially in an emergency. The lack of support and hospitality was also disappointing especially if I was going to spend upwards of $1 million.

Our rental was clean, spacious and accommodating. I highly recommend a visit to the town of Cape Charles. Very charming and relaxing.

The stay at Bay Creek was very pleasant.The golf cart was a great experience. My wife and I were able to explore the community. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We have already planned our next visit to Bay Creek.

Condo was a bit dated and the bathtub wasn’t in great condition. Loved the community. The surrounding area was remote. The small town was quaint and cute. Definitely a nice weekend stay.

The unit was somewhat dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. The bicycles and the golf cart were fun.

Very seamless transition from the airport after hours. The condo needs a deep cleaning. We found under garments in the guest room that did not belong to my guests. Gross. Also two hornets nests on outside deck kept up from wanting to sit out there. Crumbs under couch cushions. Debris where furniture has not been moved. The master bathroom smelled like low tide but that could be the water and lack of filters. Not sure. Garage clean. We loved the golf cart and the gift basket upon arrival. We recognize it was end of season but the unit does need a deep cleaning. ��

Agent was very helpful and low pressure even though there was no inventory. Location of rental we stayed in was great but condo was not so nice. Water smelled of sulfur which usually means no one had been in unit for quite awhile. Carpet separating in bedroom/family room area. Musty smell in garage. Beds were very uncomfortable. These were just our opinions, but thought you should know in order to improve. Otherwise Cape Charles was nice as ever, golf, dinner and quaint little town .

Had a Discovery Visit weekend with friends of ours. Had a great time. Liked the property. It is beautiful, well kept, good amenities.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation with our adult daughter and her partner at Bay Creek in Cape Charles. The condo that we were in was more than adequate for our needs and exceeded expectations. The facilities at Bay Creek are outstanding. We used the fitness center every morning, the pool, the beach, and had lunch at the club house. Perhaps most importantly the staff are outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that we had a great experience. We cannot wait to go back.
